Common Questions

Do we need to buy tickets in advance?

Yes. In order to provide an accurate food count, we generally cut sales off 48 hours prior to any event that has not already sold out.  In the past, more than half of our shows are sold out one or two weeks prior.

Is the meal an all-you-can-eat buffet?

No. The food is portioned with reasonable consumption per person.  Our goal is to provide a variety of high-quality themed food options that taste good and won't let you leave hungry

Do we need reservations?

Reservations are only for groups of 6 or more. Contact us after your group has purchased their tickets to let us know what name to reserve your table under   For parties of 5 or fewer, we have open seating and you may end up sharing a table with fellow movie fans. io

Do I have to wear a themed costume?

Yes!!! (Just kidding) About half of our guests dress up, but you don't have to, and those of us who look silly in our outfits won't judge you too much for looking normal :)

Are alcoholic Beverages included with the admission price?

No, Sorry.  Ohio law requires all alcoholic beverages are purchased separately.  Our fully stocked bar allows for cash or credit payments

Do we do special orders for vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free entrees

Not for the entrees, however, each event offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options as part of the meal. 

What is parking like?

Parking is free and located both next to and across the street from the venue

Should we bring the kids?

The shows are not specifically geared towards kids with references to drinking games and other mild adult humor.  However, we still consider ourselves family friendly.

Can I get a refund if just don't show up?

No. Any credits due to cancellation must be requested in advance.  Contact for questions
